Perfect for recurring software payments (AWS, GitHub, Slack). Set a strict monthly limit so vendors can never overcharge you. If the limit is exceeded, the transaction is declined.

Travel & Expense Cards

Issue a temporary card to an employee traveling for a conference. The card automatically deactivates after their trip ends, and they are prompted via SMS to upload receipts for every swipe.

How to Issue a Card

  1. Navigate to the Cards tab in your Workspace dashboard.
  2. Click Issue New Card.
  3. Select the employee who will own the card.
  4. Set the budget limit and frequency (e.g., ₹50,000 per month).
  5. Click Generate. The employee will instantly receive the secure card details in their Outlay mobile app.
