When you invite team members to your workspace, you must assign them a role. Outlay supports three fundamental roles:
Full access. Can view all company expenses, issue corporate cards, manage billing, and invite or remove users.
Can view and approve expenses submitted by team members, but cannot manage billing or issue cards.
Can only view and submit their own receipts. Cannot see company-wide expenses.
